Poppy O'Toole, "queen of potatoes", was, apparently, one of the universe's "top chefs".

After Patience Patience invited the Alien King of Splargle over to the STARSHED for a dinner party in three minutes, AIEIO beamed up "one of the universe's top chefs" to help, beaming Poppy O'Toole aboard the STARSHED, holding a potato masher. Doctor Doctor recognised her, and she asked how she could help, leading AIEIO to explain the situation, with Doctor Doctor and Patience Patience revealing the food they needed to turn into a dinner.
She suggested they start with the potatoes, only for them to fly into the air as Patience was leaning on the anti-gravity button. Poppy then suggested that the Doctor cook the potato pie that he found in the oven for fifteen minutes, however it burnt in fifteen seconds as they were flying at light speed. Poppy suggested that they could hide the burnt taste by making a sauce with the blender. The Doctor put several ingredients into the blender, but neglected to use the lid as "gravity [would] hold the liquid down". Patience again leant on the anti-gravity button, leading the contents to fly out of the blender.
Poppy O'Toole, along with Doctor Doctor, Patience Patience, and AIEIO, was sprayed with slime by the Alien King of Splargle when he arrived, as he was angered by the food. (TV: The Alien King of Splargle comes for tea! [+]Loading...["The Alien King of Splargle comes for tea! (TV story)"])
