Sven was an alien researcher at Geocomtex by 2012 from Switzerland.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Sven was placed in sole control of the inanimates, alongside Adam Mitchell who was similarly in sole control, and advised by Chief of Staff Diana Goddard to find inventive explanations for the alien items. Adam and Sven shared a room, which Adam disliked, as Sven would rarely talk to him and only ever did to tell him to be quiet. Sven also insisted on having the top bed on their bunk bed. He once received a delivery for Henry van Statten's museum at the Vault and was assigned with examining the contents. Sven determined the radiation signature of the item indicated it had been exposed to the space time continuum for about seven years and opened the package to find the Fourth Doctor's scarf. He began examining "alien artefacts" left behind on it; though some of the artefacts turned out to be less than riveting (they included a jelly baby and what looked for all the world like a piece of green bubblewrap), he documented them all faithfully and filed them away in duly-labeled glass containers. On the same day, the Metaltron arrived at the Vault. (WC: Sven and the Scarf [+]Loading...["Sven and the Scarf (webcast)"])

One night, Sven was taken by two of Van Statten's guards and made to stand in the man's office. He learned Adam had been selected as the new sole alien researcher for the inanimates and that Adam wanted to have the room they shared to himself. Sven was then restrained and had his memory wiped by an alien orb. Van Statten then ordered his guards to send Sven away to Scandinavia, not caring to have him to Norway, remarking Sven (without his memories) was no longer alive and wouldn't be missed.
