The Muppet Show

The Muppet Show was a 1970s television show that featured the Muppets, including the characters of Gonzo and Rowlf. One of the songs from the show was "Memory Lane".

Will Hoffman considered it the best show ever, and the Sixth Doctor, while stating that there were other contenders, agreed it was a classic. Emily Chaudhry was angry at Will when he played music from The Muppet Show during a World War II air raid. (PROSE: Incongruous Details [+]Loading...["Incongruous Details (short story)"])

Inangela Marrero watched an episode of The Muppet Show eerily similar to the events of Animal Farm and a special guest who looked quite a lot like George Orwell, confusing the episode and person as such. Valentine Bregman later watched the same episode and realised that Orwell couldn't be on a 70s programme, and it took him several seconds to realise it was simply a striking likeness.
