Bastian Phelps was a 3-year-old toddler who lived in the Phelps household. In an article penned by Alexander Jackson on the front page of the 11 February 1963 edition of the Daily Mirror, Bastian was said to have been sued £2,000 for "reckless driving, or rather, reckless cycling" after he struck Liberty Davies, who was a maid in the Phelps household, with a tricycle on the 9th.
