Liberty Davies was a maid in the Phelps household. In an article on the front page of the 11 February 1963 edition of the Daily Mirror, she was said to have sued 1-year-old Bastian Phelps for £2,000 for "reckless driving, or rather, reckless cycling" after he struck her with a tricycle on the 9th.
