Darren Fell

General Darren Fell was the head of security of at Gallius Ultima. He initially arrested the Fifth Doctor and Tegan Jovanka but released them when they were useful. He went with the Doctor and Tegan to the Larger Magellanic Cloud to find out what had happened to their previous mission there. He was killed by Rovus. (AUDIO: The Star Men)
