The Noodle Man charged his "Kamamamaheaha or however you spell it" during a fight with Nrai over a thermonuclear missile in York. This seemingly resulted in the members of SIGNET turning into spaghetti, meatballs, tomato sauce and Olive Garden breadsticks despite remaining fully conscious, as well as several other strange events.
