The Chaos Engine was a three-book story from the Marvel Multiverse.

It featured the Chief Physician (a thinly-veiled allusion to the Seventh Doctor) recognising Opal Luna Saturnyne as "Special Executive", an organisation which debuted in Doctor Who Weekly's 4-D War [+]Loading...["4-D War (comic story)"].
