Lolita
Lolita was a manipulative, antagonistic female evolved type 45 TARDIS that previously belonged to the Master (CP: Perfect Timing 2). Lolita may also have been infected by the Yssgaroth. (FP: The Book of the War)
Lolita created House Lolita to oppose Faction Paradox in the events leading up to the the War. (BBV: The Eleven Day Empire)
Lolita "ate" the Eleven Day Empire, and then the Master, who had become the War King during the Second War in Heaven, so as to become the War Queen herself. She allied herself with Sutekh against the Faction Paradox, Anubis and even the War King, but when Eliza gave her own body to complete Horus, Lolita cut her streak, and put her own biodata in Eliza. Horus was controlled by Lolita, and she is the one who gave the final blow against Sutekh. But, she had just forgotten a detail : Cousin Justine of the Faction had a safe path to Gallifrey, and she led the Mal'akh to attack the Council chambers and Lolita herself directly.
