What happened to The Master? Some would say he died, But did he? one rumor is that he told Lucy Saxon to shoot him if he was being defeated and he would refuse to regenrate and become prisoner, but instead of regenerating he would put his soul into the ring what lucy later picked up at the end of the episode, so only his body would burn.
While on earth the master posed as Harold Saxon and got married to Lucy Saxon.
