Lomax

Lomax was the Supreme Leader of the Korven and it's army who had travelled from the future to transform the British government into a totalitarian state that dominated London in the mid-21st Century. He disguised his true form by hiding behind an image of a human silhouette and using a distorted version of his voice. He intended to weaken Earth's defenses in preparation of a mass invasion by his kind.
Biography
As Drake and June Turner argued whose Jurisdiction K9 Mark 2 was under, Drake asked Lomax. He replied by saying he would consider the matter, and ordered them in the meantime to do their work. He then decided K9 is under the control of the Department, specificly June's alien activity section.(K9TV: The Bounty Hunter)
Later, Drake captured a Medes starship to use its technology so he could eavesdrop anywhere and not be seen by anyone, even Lomax. (K9TV: Alien Avatar)
Lomax later sent Drake to Sector SE14 Delta to investigate a possible alien incursion concerning the dissapearance of the Great Oak. (K9TV: The Last Oak Tree)
After Drake almost caused the destruction of Humanity by using Black Hunger. Lomax decided that although Drake served with the Department for many years as this was not Drake's first breach of orders but his most serious to date Drake would be moved on to other duties. He then gave his job as head of security to Inspector Thorne, the former governor of Dauntless Prison. (K9TV: Black Hunger)
When June found out Thorne took an Ukkan library card, she informed Lomax. He gave her a warning to give to Thorne that he wanted a good explanation as to why he has been interferring with alien technology and also demanded the card back in twelve hours or Thorne would be forced to resign. Lomax or Thorne somehow found out about K9's Regeneration circuit, he ordered Thorne to take K9's circuit and bring it to him as it would be of great benefit to the Department. After Thorne's failure to destroy K9 with the Pain-Maker. He assured him that the Department would have no recorded connection with Crashclub and that Freddie Maxwell would take the whole fall. He told Thorne that as K9 known of Thorne's intent to take his regeneration technology it will make acquiring it harder, Thorne told him it won't be impossible and promised they would gain it and their plans would succeed. Lomax left it with him and ordered him to use all the powers at his disposal, Thorne assured that he intended to. (K9TV: Robot Gladiators)
When Gryffen told June that he needed to get to the site of the crashed fallen angel in Canada as he could get the Space-Time Manipulator working properly if he acquired the temporal stabiliser. Thorne informed Lomax of this, Lomax asked Thorne if he thought he was right. He replied that he seemed very excited about it and said it was worth a shot. Lomax told Thorne to assist him in every way possible, to travel with him to the site and keep an eye on him at all times as they didn't want him meddling. (K9TV: Angel of the North)
Lomax's true identity and motives were later revealed, as he attempted to set in motion the Korven invasion. He was killed when he and his comrades were sucked into the Space-Time Manipulator as it exploded in a fiery inferno. (K9TV: Eclipse of the Korven)
