Lyttle Monsters Inc was a toy company on Earth. Though Earth-based, it was run by 13 aliens.
In the late 21st century, it was fronted by Hawke Lyttle the Third. They planned to recreate vampires, using DNA from the Great Bear artefact. During a Christmas party, David Kershaw (whose museum housed the Great Bear), the Doctor (who had obtained the Great Bear) and Hawke Lyttle were there when the vampires were released.
