The Waitress worked at a cafe where Vincent Van Gogh frequently went. She was with another Waitress When The Doctor saw him thrown out of the cafe, she told him how he was "Mad, Drunk and never payed the Bills". When the Doctor said his paintings were good, she and the other Waitress laughed at him.
