Dennel was a Human who was imprisoned in Detention Centre 6 of Justice Beta when he was 13 for Arson what he referred to as a "Minor Charge". After serving 7 years of his 17 year sentence he met and befriended Rose Tyler. He later helped her and the Doctor defeat the Blathereen. (NSA: The Monsters Inside)
