Harry Osgood

Osgood was manager of T-Mat Moonbase. When the base was taken over by Ice Warriors, they ordered him to disrupt the T-Mat link with Earth. Instead he sabotaged the system, and was killed for doing so. (DW: The Seeds of Death)
