Pholonius Ginn was a Talithan Swindler who attempted to pull off one of histories greatest crimes – the sale of planet Earth, complete with all of its fixtures, fittings and indigenous lifeforms, every man, woman and child born in the Humanian era. In order to maximise on the sale he attempted first to steal the Seven Wonders of the World for a private sale on G-bay by removing them using a high bandwidth teleport beam . He had managed to take-over the Fatkat Corporation by leaving the former director (Trongus Squum) bankrupt and homeless and ran the company in all but name until he was exposed for the fraudulent sale by the Doctor (DWAM: Minus Seven Wonders)
