The Fatkats were large, intelligent, feline creatures with heads for business. The Fatkat Corporation was headed by the Director, Trongus Squum (and temporarily by Pholonius Ginn). (COMIC: Minus Seven Wonders)
On their home planet, Felox, licensed humans were allowed for work or to be kept as pets. Unlicensed humans were hunted down and shot on sight by Human Control Patrols. One of the wealthiest Fatkats, Tygro Lix, once brought home Rory Williams as a pet but, realising he was unlicensed, aided his escape, before the Human Patrol caught him.
