- At some point during the second decade of the 20th century, two English schoolboys, Millington and Judson, become friends - the former would reach the rank of Commodore in the British Navy, the latter became a brilliant professor in advanced mathematics. Despite many years of friendship, the relationship would become bitter, reaching a peak when both were assigned to work at a base in Maiden's Point during World War II. (DW: The Curse of Fenric)
