Asgard

Asgard was a location where the Doctor and River Song had shared a picnic. (DW: Silence in the Library)

The Doctor and River Song must have had this meeting during the Tenth Doctors era - otherwise she would have recognised that it was a different, earlier version of the Doctor. Therefore it can be assumed that this is one of the things that the Doctor did during his 'goodbye tour' of previous companions.
