Gilbert M worked in the Kandy Kitchen with the Kandy Man, who made sweets that killed people. He was a scientist who had worked in the state laboratories on the planet Bazsilif. He was exiled because he accidentaly invented a new type of germ that wiped out half the population. Gilbert M told Joseph C about him making the Kandy Man. Gilbert M and Joseph C escaped in Helen A's spaceship before she could use it herself. (DW: The Happiness Patrol)
