Talon was a Cyberman, one of the force which invaded the Snowcap South Pole Base intending to detonatr a Z-Bomb in its missile silo. Talon and the other Cybermen were eliminated during the invasion when their home planet and power source, Mondas, disintegrated. (DW: The Tenth Planet)
