Found in the suits of Posieden 8's crew, they record what is in the atmosphere around the person wearing it. The Doctor used on to determine vortron radiation was casuing sickness amongst the crew after expeling Vashta Nerada from the suit. (VG: Shadows of the Vashta Nerada)
