Roy North voiced The Overseer in BFA: The Axis of Insanity.
He has made occasional appearances on British televisions since the 1970s, but is likely best-remembered for his regular appearance on The Basil Brush Show, which immediately preceded Doctor Who on BBC One during the late Jon Pertwee and early Tom Baker eras.
