The BBC Transworld Service was an organisation which the Ninth Doctor claimed to represent via psychic paper on the planet Galen. However, he failed to fool Adriana Jarsdel, who was unaffected by the psychic paper due to her own psychic powers. (AUDIO: The Bleeding Heart)
