Champion - LEVEL 1 was a Zu-Zu-Poo card.

After losing a Zu-Zu-Poo battle, and his friend Rick getting a Champion - LEVEL 1 in a pack of cards, Slalvok went home "in a frenzy", his mind focused on how he "wanted more", at which point he was contacted by "the Maker", leading him to participate in Maker's Wish, where he underwent several traumatising deaths.
After winning a "lack of breathing challenge" during the show, Slalvok gained his prize: every Zu-Zu-Poo card. After going home to look at his collection, he realised that he owned every card, meaning nobody else "in existence" had a Zu-Zu-Poo card. Although he tried to speak with his friends about it, they'd apparently forgotten that the game existed.
