By the time George Thompson was seven and a quarter, he believed that Mrs Rossiter was a witch, despite his father, Alex, trying to tell him otherwise. In George's special book, he wrote about his belief, noting that he was glad that her flat wasn't made from sugar like in "Hansel and Grettel", although he did wish it was made from M and Ms. (PROSE: My Special Book)
In February 2011, after the Eleventh Doctor received a psychic distress message from George on the Doctor's psychic paper, he, Amy and Rory, investiaged the council estate, looking for George; one of the flats that the Doctor arrived at was Mrs Rossiter's, but she refused to give the Doctor access as she didn't know who the Doctor was.
