Mr Toad was a fictional character.
In 2022, after Auteur brought life to all of the fiction contained within the Cupid Archives, the "wild" Mr Toad was in "his new void ship craze" and subsequently ran Pessimist-242 off the road. Herodotus-724 later leveraged Auteur's spell to mark the Abecedarium which had summoned him to the Cupid Homeworld with his "REJECTED from collection" stamp which, in the present state of affairs where everything in the Archives became true, expelled Auteur from the Homeworld and returned everything to normal.
