Rahk
Rahk was Glax's production partner at the Galactic Glax Picture Corporation movie studio, and native to Anhaut.

When Glax decided to make a movie about the Dalek invasion of their world which had taken place eight hundred years earlier, he and Rahk went to the museum to do some research and watch view-film records of the history of Anhaut covering the invasion. Rahk saw shelves of books in the museum library and didn't know what they were there , so Glax had to explain to him "They're called books... it's an ancient form of data storage..."
When watching the view-film record, Rahk said on seeing an image of a Dalek on the screen "Uggh! What kind of foul creature goes round in a metal body like that?" After watching the view-film, Rahk pointed out to Glax that it wasn't known how General Nor-Din eventually defeated the Daleks, but Glax told him they could make up something for the movie's end — pointing out "If no one knows what became of Nor-Din, no one can say we're wrong about it!"
Rahk suggested hiring actor Hok Nepo to play the lead role of Nor-Din in the movie, and did so — even though it cost him "a million".
When the Dalek slave Kuay smuggled several of her masters onto the planet to exact their revenge, Glax and Nepo decided to take Riders to the desert of Vaksh to find a clue to the Daleks' earlier defeat by Nor-Din — but Rahk decided he'd had enough, saying "Not me! I'm through! I'm just going to find a hole to hide in until this is all over!" and promptly fled to do so. (COMIC: The Return of the Daleks)
