A sergeant was part of the raid on one of the warehouses in which the War Machines were being constructed in July 1966.

The sergeant brought Major Green to Sir Charles Summer when Green was freed from WOTAN's hypnosis and found to have no memory of recent events. (TV: The War Machines)
