A cosplayer dressed as the character attended the San Diego Comic-Con with a cosplayer of another character in 2015. For this cosplay, they held a baseball bat, and wore a white shirt with a yellow tie, as well as brown trousers and black shoes. (COMIC: Selfie)

Although not named in full in PROSE: Annabel Regina, the character's full name was Shaun Riley.
In Shaun of the Dead, Shaun was portrayed by Simon Pegg, who portrayed Don Chaney in Invaders from Mars, as well as the Editor in The Long Game.
