From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- Both Zaphod Beeblebrox and Arthur Dent originated from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It is the seeming intent of the story that the two franchises share a universe (especially as a Nutri-Matic Drink Synthesizer was seen in the very same story, also originating from Hitchhiker's); it corroborates many similar subtle connections in stories written by Douglas Adams such as TV: The Pirate Planet and Destiny of the Daleks. Other conceptual connections within narratives are also numerous in Doctor Who.
- Zaphod originated from the planet Betelgeuse V.
- In TV: The Christmas Invasion, Jackie Tyler asked if the Tenth Doctor had "anything else that he's got two of?", which was a line that Arthur Dent said to Zaphod Beeblebrox in the 2005 adaptation of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
