The forty-ninth instalment of Doctor Whoah! was printed in DWM 417.

Matt Smith was cast as the Eleventh Doctor, among other reasons, for his incredibly "Doctor-Who-ish" hair, which is shaped like a giant question mark. Smith, unaware of this fact, admits that he still doesn't know what they were on about.

- While the strip makes it clear that it stars Matt Smith, who is in costume as the Eleventh Doctor, it is not made clear whether it is Amy Pond, or an in-costume Karen Gillan, standing beside him.
- The strip's main joke is recycled from Jamie Lenman's initially unpublished The Mind Probe strip.
