From R. Miles was a 21 short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe.

Agent Miles of the Universal Secret Service contacts Twenty One in a letter, listing his credentials. He talks of a spy game he has devised to be played at USS HQ and states that the coverage of Dalek activity, as well as the escapades of Amos Burke and Lady Penelope, are among his favourite regular news stories to read about.

- Miles is 12 years old and is interested in stamp collecting and cycling.
- Miles practises Karate and enjoys watching war films and comedies.
- Burke's Law is a feature in TV 21.
- Headquarters staff have made a similar game to Miles for the TV Century 21 Summer Extra. It is also planned to feature a drawing of Lady Penelope's car.
