Seksa was the daughter of Anulf.

After Anulf's disappearance, Seksa became the leader of a band of survivors from a crash on Chodor. Her stepmother Mertil didn't agree with her being the leader. In order to frame the Fifth Doctor and Tegan Jovanka, Mertil shot her after revealing she killed her mother. (AUDIO: The Whispering Forest)

Seksa had no hair and had skin that looked like leather due to her lifetime of scrubbing with carbolic. (AUDIO: The Whispering Forest)

Hayley Atwell is credited as playing "Seksa", but the script spells her name "Sesha", which is how it is pronounced in the story.
