Further Adventures[[edit] | [edit source]]
In "Late for Dinner", the adventurers are brought to Earth by UNIT to investigate the celebrity chef Shane Crossley, one of the Androgums who were sent through time in Kartz and Reimer's experiments. UNIT suspects him of several murders, but the truth may be more complicated.
In "Message in a Bottle", the Kartz-Reimer Mark 2 crashes into the adventurers's TARDIS with a note from Jack Harkness telling them to meet him in 2013 London. This is a younger Jack working for the Time Agency, and much is mysterious.
In "The Gauntlet", the adventurers are summoned by Sontarans to the Madillon Cluster to do battle with Stike in order to redeem his honour. However, Cybermen arrive and the adventurers must team up with the Sontarans if they hope to survive.

- Kartz and Reimer may be a young Doctor and Master from their time at the Prydonian Academy, playing an elaborate prank. However, this resulted in the Master being exiled.
- The Third Zone governments may be a benign dictatorship who pool the resources of the Zone's planets to improve quality of life for all.
- The Third Zone may have an area of weakness similar to the Untempered Schism which has accelerated evolution within the Zone due to Vortex energy. Androgums are the first species encountered by the Third Zoners to be beyond the temporal effects.
