- Between each segment the programme would scroll through various monster names, before pausing on one beginning the next segment.
- The monsters included were - Yeti, Zygons, Zarbi, Voc Robots, Daleks, Fish People, Giant Maggots, Ice Warriors, Kandy Man, Mandrels, Morbius, Mummies, Ogrons, Robot K-1, Sontarans, Autons, Cybermen, Alpha Centauri, Axons and Sea Devils.
- Occasionally there would some typing errors in the list - The Kandy Man, Axnos, Axos, Cyber Men and Robots.
- In the Doctor Who Night coming up schedule it was described as "unnatural history".
- It was repeated on 23 November 2003 as part of UK Gold's Doctor Who @40 weekend.
