E. Oglesby was a 21 short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe.

Agent E. Oglesby of the Universal Secret Service writes in to Twenty One to inform him of the special tools in their possession, among which is the Dalekode. Twenty One thinks it is a good report, telling Oglesby that an agent should take care of their equipment of all times.

- Other items in the secret compartment of Oglesby's briefcase include two shoulder holsters, a Beretta .25, a Luger pistol with a silencer, handcuffs, an Identicode, the Dalekode, a code book, knife, passport, identification papers, wirecutters and a magnifying glass.
- Oglesby keeps files on 007 and his friends, and Twenty One's letters, in his secret cabinet.
