About the Authors (feature)
About the Authors was the first short story included in the ebook edition of Summer Falls and Other Stories released on 22 October 2013 and published by the BBC. In-keeping with the theme of the anthology, that is was supposed to exist in-universe, the about the authors section covered Amelia Williams, Melody Malone, and a fictional version of Justin Richards.
This story also featured the first mention of Amelia and Rory Williams' adopted son Anthony since the web release of P.S., although Anthony wasn't mentioned anywhere else in the Summer Falls and Other Stories anthology.

Amelia Williams is the editor of the Melody Malone novels and author of children's books who lives in New York City with her husband and son.

Melody Malone is the owner of the Angel Detective Agency in Manhattan. She might be married is possibly older than her parents.
Justin Richards[[edit] | [edit source]]
Justin Richards is the writer of fictional stories about the Doctor, a time traveller. He also writes novels set in the Victorian era.

- Amy and Rory are living in the 20th century after having been sent back in time by the Weeping Angels in TV: The Angels Take Manhattan.
- Amelia's career as an author is expanded upon in PROSE: Summer Falls: Introduction and The Girl Who Never Grew Up, and her involvement with the Melody Malone Mysteries series is detailed in PROSE: The Ruby's Curse.
- Anthony Williams was introduced in WC: P.S., and would later become a minor recurring character in sources such as WC: Rory's Story and GAME: The Lonely Assassins.
- Melody Malone being the writer of the novels of the same name was a concept introduced in TV: The Angels Take Manhattan and expanded upon in PROSE: The Ruby's Curse and The Angel's Kiss: A Melody Malone Mystery.
