A Chameleon took over the identity of Ann Davidson.
"Ann Davidson" worked as a tour operator for Chameleon Tours and assisted in abducting humans to their satellite. After the Second Doctor defeated the Chameleons, the real Davidson was freed. (TV: The Faceless Ones)
