Clix was a member of the four world Raxas Alliance by the early 21st century, taking its lead from Raxacoricofallapatorius. (TV: The Gift)
In 3764, a Raxan Alliance peace conference was held on Clix. The Ninth Doctor was invited to help with the difficult talks. Unbeknownst to the organisers, a Slitheen impersonating the Doctor arrived instead, with Rose Tyler whom she kidnapped. (COMIC: Doctormania)
