Cold Comfort Camp was a 21 comic printed in TV Century 21 in 1968.
It heavily involved the location of Unity City, first introduced in The Daleks story Duel of the Daleks, thus constituting a crossover with the Doctor Who universe.

- Siberia is "freezing cold" in the winter and has "dry, burning heat" in the summer. By 2068, its land is still largely untamed.
- Cleever brings with him to Camp Lenin a host of deadly toys, including a Siberian rat, several archers, and a train and a teddy bear which both produce smoke.
- Camp Lenin's control room has a visualscope on which the mutineers detect a World Air Force bomber.
- The mutineers resolve to destroy Unity City after concluding that World President Younger is a liar.
- Cleever jokes that he has committed an act of mutiny after unknowingly calling Younger an idiot.

- This story marked the final 21 comic with DWU elements published while the series was titled Mr. Magnet. In the following story, Full Circle, the title character loses his magnetic powers and rejoins the Universal Secret Service, with the series name reverting back to Secret Agent 21 to reflect this.
- As well as being a crossover with the Doctor Who universe , this story also crossed over with Fireball XL5, Stingray and Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons by featuring cameos from Commander Zero, Commander Shore and Colonel White respectively as members of the World Security Council.
