El Pinguino was a reader of the website Doctor Who?.

In 2005, prior to the Dummy Massacre, El Pinguino responded to the website Doctor Who?'s request for sightings of the Ninth Doctor, reporting that research has turned up records of a man named the Doctor showing up on the R101 airship in 1930, suggesting that they were the same man despite there being no descriptions.
