Eugene Hogben

Eugene Hogben was the skipper of the HMS Hallaton.
The ship was mostly run by First Lieutenant Peter Andrews, since Hogben was often drunk. The skipper was accidentally killed by Alex Whitbread, whose intended target was Sarah Jane Smith. (PROSE: Island of Death)
