Peter Andrews was the first lieutenant on the HMS Hallaton.
He was the effective commander of the ship since the skipper, Eugene Hogben, was frequently drunk. Andrews became the active commanding officer after Hogben was killed. He almost crashed the ship whilst under the influence of a hallucinogenic mist. (PROSE: Island of Death)
