Gigantus

Gigantus was a planet to which Doctor Why hadn't travelled in years by the time Sarah Jane and the Brigadier confronted him atop the Post Office Tower.

Gigantus was populated with humongous humanoids; a "local kid out to play" was 27 feet tall, with his elephant-sized iris all that was visible of him in the TARDIS scanner.
