Grand Witch
The Grand Witch was a powerful witch and the leader of a gathering of evil witches on Vargo.

The Grand Witch hatched a plan to destroy her human enemies on Earth with a swarm of man-eating bats from swamp planet, but was scared off her plan by the Second Doctor. (COMIC: Return of the Witches)
When the Doctor arrived on Vargo, he scared off most of the witches by claiming to be the "Wizard of Omega" and using gadgets from his utility belt to perform "magic tricks." However, the Grand Witch and two of her followers stayed behind, learned that the Doctor was not a wizard and captured him, taking him to their cave. He was rescued by John and Gillian, but the Grand Witch used her magic to place an indestructible net over the Doctor's TARDIS. The travellers doubled back to the Witch's cave, discovered a spell that would destroy witches, and cast it on the Grand Witch and her subordinates, causing them to disappear. (COMIC: The Witches)
