Jeffries (The Lunar Strangers)
Jeffries was a NASA astronaut.
In January 2015, he arrived at Moon Village One. For the next six months, he lived in the research base with Freda Jackson. During this time, he grew to hate Jackson and felt that she treated him like dirt. The only other people Jeffries encountered during this time were the teams of scientists that occasionally visited the base.
On 7 June 2015, Jackson sent Jeffries out of the base to fix a satellite dish. Ravnok and Vartex approached him during this task. Jeffries led the two Dryrth back to the base, where the Fifth Doctor, Tegan Jovanka, and Vislor Turlough had just arrived. After everyone met Ravnok and Vartex, Jeffries escorted them to the base's guest quarters. When Ravnok and Vartex used a laser to cut into the base's nuclear reactor room, Jeffries caught them before they could do damage.
Later that night, Ravnok and Vartex tried to destroy Moon Village One a second time. Jeffries was waited for them with the Doctor and Jackson. He went ahead of the other two and pointed a gun at Ravnok. Vartex shot him before he could hurt Ravnok. (COMIC: The Lunar Strangers)
