The Time Lords' archives filed the theft of a Type 40 TT capsule by the Doctor, and his subsequent trial and banishment to Earth, under "Reference: Malfeasance Tribunal order three zero nine zero six", (TV: The Deadly Assassin) or according to another account "Reference: Malfeasance Tribunal order dated three zero nine nine zero six".
