A Meme-mine was a piece of Celestis technology used to boost the influence of the Celestis in areas where they were only partially understood, and thus, being conceptual entities only partially able to interact with reality, creating Ulterior worlds. The most prominent use of one was its transformation into the GCI processor and subsequent repurposing for filmography by Michael Brookhaven. (PROSE: The Book of the War)
