Mike was a bouncer who worked at the Priory Nightclub in 2005. Skip Jameson, the bartender, thought he was "so big, but so stupid".
Yvonne Hartman blackmailed Mike into letting her and her associates in, with a photo of an under-aged girl leaving the bar, clearly intoxicated. When she got into the bar, she pretended Mike had allowed her to put drinks on his tab. (AUDIO: One Rule)
